Today, we're back with an update on the Pool Villa 102 project. The foundation structure is now complete, and the roof framing is underway. We'll also be working on the swimming pool and terrace area in parallel for better workflow and a smooth finish. Stay tuned for more updates — this project is going to turn out beautifully!

It's been a while since we last shared an update on this project, and there has been a lot of progress. For the first house, the brickwork has been completed, along with the installation of electrical conduits, plumbing, and air-conditioning piping by the Tee Turbo team. Their professionalism ensured everything was done neatly, completely, and efficiently. Many thanks to Pi Tee and his team. The next step will be plastering the walls.

The villa renovation project for the hotel has now been successfully completed. Our assigned scope of work covered the entire roof, which was dismantled and newly installed, as well as the surrounding flooring of the villa. We removed the old flooring, installed new foundation piles around the building, and finished it with brand-new WPC decking. Many thanks to the hotel for giving our team the opportunity to carry out this project.
